Requirements:
- Must own a four-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Noida & Ghaziabad candidates will be preferred
- Legal Knowledge: Section 138, 420, SARFAESI Act
- Liaisoning with local administration – Local Police, SRO, Revenue Officer, Tehsildar, Local Court, etc.
- Strong understanding of NPA / Bad debts resolution & follow-up
- MIS & Data Management: Allocation, Data, Reports
- Team Handling: 3-7 Collectors & Back Office team
- Experience in Tele calling Process & Data Management
- Ability to handle Bucket Movement (Roll Back / Roll Forward)
- Technical Proficiency: Excel, Word, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
- Strong knowledge of DCR/DVR
