ManiBhavnam Home Finance India Private Limited (MBHF) was founded by two young entrepreneurs & siblings Mrs Meghha Gupta & Mr Ayyushman Mehta in April 2016. The company obtained its certificate of Incorporation in May 2016 and NHB License in Dec 2016. It commenced its operations immediately after obtaining the NHB license. Mr Deepak Joshi , a veteran of the Housing Finance Industry has been with the organization as Chief Founding Mentor and Director.
MBHF has been formed to cater to the needs of affordable housing to un-served & underserved customers in Rural & Semi Urban markets of India. The company offers home loans and non-home loans as its products. Within the home loans, it offers loans for home purchase, construction, extension and improvement and within the non-housing loans it offers loan against property (LAP) and MSME Loans.
Driven by a woman entrepreneur, the company also recognizes changing gender roles in the Indian Society, and ensures inclusion of female member in the process of home buying decision by way of joint ownership in the property, that has traditionally been taken by a male member of the family. This would give a boost to independent women who wish to pursue their dreams and stand on their own feet. One of the major goals is to drive inclusion both financial and social, and be able to give wings to women aspirants.
