Total Experience: 10 years in a reputed HFC/NBFC/Bank handling Collections for Home Loans, LAP, MSME loan- Affordable segments. Should have handled collections in min 2 states in Northern India(Delhi NCR, Raj, MP, Haryana ).

Experience/ Leadership competencies: 

1. Should possess a strong background in collections of Home Loans, LAP, and MSME loan-affordable segments.
2. Should demonstrate a deep understanding of the various types of properties, valuations, Mortgage industry, and Markets.
3. Should have a fair understanding of legal proceedings under section 138 & SARFAESI
4. Good leadership & negotiation skills.
5. Must be confident and comfortable to engage in analytical discussions

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Will be responsible for building/recruiting the Collections team and their performance through effective coaching, training, and performance appraisals to achieve established goals.
2. Implement the collections strategy in line with the overall business strategy &achieve agreed targets.
3. Prepare and present various reports on Collections /MIStomanagement.
4. Liaise with other departments.
