Mr. Khan is having rich professional experience of over 40 years in Telecom (Swisscom, Hexacom, Bharti Airtel) and FMCG (Lakme Limited-TATA Enterprise) companies. He has been part of India mobile communications industry ever since its inception in 1996. He is popularly known as the turnaround specialist in the industry. He has held various senior leadership positions with Bharti Airtel and worked as Chief Executive Officer and Chief of External Relations. Subsequently, he held the position of President, Global Business with Spice Global, spearheading Group’s global expansions in Information, Communication and Entertainment domains. He is serving as Board Member of several leading corporates in India and very actively involved with Industry Associations like CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM and All India Management Association. He is also Member of the Telecom Advisory Board – Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd and An Expert Committee member of the Rajasthan State e-Governance Council. He is a Engineering graduate and a keen Golfer.
